Whether we feel betrayal, fear, disappointment or anxiety - all negative emotions stem from the fundamental need to feel safe. Safety is the single most stabilizing source for either physical need or emotional growth. Learning to identify what safety looks like in any given situation will offer insight into what behaviors, ideas or fears we operate under and will bring the ability to release need and find the power in vulnerability.
